Fabulously glittery skullcap with silver spots, outlined with black. Wonderful show piece!
The base is made from buckram which I have blocked and wired so it has a lovely gentle and flattering curve. It is very tough, solid and durable. It is then interlined with a cotton wadding for some depth and covered with the super sparkly silver and black glitter covered cotton drill. It is lined in polyester felt to held stop any slipping.
Held on with small hair grips attached to small loops.
Each hat is made individually so there may be some minor differences with each one. But the effect will always be the same!
